ZMED is advancing two software platforms tailored to separate phases of surgical care—one centered on compiling a comprehensive procedural record and the other on assisting surgeons with live visualization and procedural direction during the operation.
Though created independently, CloudCapture and the Surgeon's Video Toolkit are intended to function in tandem, linking the procedural record with real-time intraoperative assistance throughout the surgical process.
ZMED will exhibit CloudCapture, a platform for surgical video capture and review that converts surgical video into an organized, searchable procedural record for documentation, review, education, and collaboration. The company will additionally preview the early features of the Surgeon's Video Toolkit, an evolving suite of surgeon-controlled software technologies for the operating room that includes live visualization, measurement, workflow, annotation, and procedural guidance.

The Surgeon's Video Toolkit is being created to aid surgeons during the procedure with live visual workflow tools—such as grids, overlays, timers, annotations, snapshots, procedural markers, workflow guidance, and future software-assistive features. The objective is to deliver useful visual and contextual information without interrupting surgical workflow or supplanting surgical judgment.
