TotalMed unifies staffing and tech brands under one name after TNAA merger

After absorbing Travel Nurse Across America, the company is collapsing multiple specialized brands into one identity to make its expanded portfolio easier for healthcare clients to navigate.

LITTLE ROCK, AR, UNITED STATES, October 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The company’s wider array of offerings—spanning staffing, workforce solutions, and technology—will now all be presented under the TotalMed banner.

TotalMed, a national workforce solutions provider focused on the health sector, has unveiled the latest chapter in its corporate journey following last year’s combination with Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA). Starting now, TotalMed and its affiliated workforce solution companies will all use the TotalMed brand, consolidating the organization’s staffing, workforce management, and tech offerings under a single, cohesive identity.

That merger united two well-established firms with complementary strengths in expertise, personnel, technology, and industry relationships. Since the deal closed, TotalMed has prioritized integrating operations and building a more unified structure for its staff, job seekers, customers, and allies.

Up to this point, the company’s various offerings were marketed through separate entities such as TNAA, SimpliFi, Staffency, StaffBot, and Clarify Analytics. Although each of those units brought particular skills and services to the table, the full scope of the merged enterprise’s capabilities was often unclear to outsiders.

This rebranding is intended to streamline that picture, giving employees, candidates, clients, and partners a clearer view of the complete suite of services available from a single source.

“Over the past year, we have brought together exceptional people, capabilities and expertise from across our organization,” said Tammy Browning, Chief Executive Officer of TotalMed. “Bringing our two brands together under TotalMed is the next step in making that combined strength easier for our clients to access. Our goal is a seamless experience—making it simpler to work with us, find the right workforce solutions and benefit from the expertise of our entire organization. Together, we are building one connected organization with the scale, expertise and technology to deliver more for our employees, candidates, clients and partners.”

Today, TotalMed serves clients across the entire health industry, ranging from research and clinical trials to pharmaceuticals and life sciences, hospitals and health systems, plus the non-clinical functions that underpin healthcare delivery. That range reflects the company’s aspiration to become the most trusted partner in advancing Total Health.

On the staffing side, TotalMed covers travel nursing and allied health, local and per diem assignments, permanent placement, locum tenens and advanced practitioners, strike and crisis staffing, life sciences staffing, health plan staffing, and non-clinical healthcare roles. That breadth allows TotalMed to match organizations with talent across clinical, specialized, and non-clinical workforce requirements.

Beyond placing workers, TotalMed delivers enterprise-level workforce solutions designed to help organizations build, manage, and optimize their teams. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), the company offers staffing, float pool management, RPO, IC 1099, SOW, headcount tracking, payroll, BPO, and direct sourcing.

“Healthcare organizations are facing a growing range of workforce challenges, and finding a new partner for every new need is time-consuming and comes with no guarantee of success,” said James Quick, President of Workforce Solutions at TotalMed. “Our goal is to make that easier. By bringing our capabilities together under TotalMed, our clients can access a broader range of workforce expertise through a partner they already know and trust. We want TotalMed to be the partner our clients turn to whenever they face a workforce challenge – whether they need talent, technology, workforce management or a broader strategy – and know we can bring the right capabilities together to help them solve it.”

Technology remains central to the company’s roadmap. Stogo serves as TotalMed’s workforce tech platform, bundling tools that help organizations manage and optimize their workforce—including Vendor Management System (VMS) capabilities, Float Pool Management, reporting and analytics, and other technology-driven workforce resources.

The shift to a single TotalMed brand is anchored in the company’s stated mission, vision, and values. TotalMed’s mission is ‘Improving lives through talent solutions powered by innovation, trust, and human connection,’ and its vision is to be ‘the most trusted partner in advancing Total Health.’

The organization’s three core values—We Build Trust, We Move Forward, and We Lead with Care—guide how it works with employees, candidates, clients, and partners.

“Our mission and values provide a common foundation for everything we are building,” said Browning. “We have an opportunity to combine the best of our organizations while creating something even greater for the people and communities we serve. This is about more than a name. It is about creating a clear, connected TotalMed that is ready for what comes next.”

This unified identity marks the next stage in TotalMed’s expansion following the merger, underscoring the company’s ambition to be a full-service workforce partner across the health industry.
