Steve Thayer brings more than 18 years of residential real estate experience and has occupied leadership roles at both local and national levels within the profession. From 2011 through 2026, he served as Owner and Managing Broker of Keller Williams Action Realty in Castle Rock, where he supervised more than 4,900 real estate sales representing over $2.3 billion in sales volume. He remains an owner of the brokerage.

Cooper Thayer grew up in Castle Rock and now works alongside Steve and Susan as a Broker Associate with The Thayer Group. He also serves as Chief Market Strategist for the Keller Williams Colorado Region and as Treasurer of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® in 2026, with upcoming leadership roles as President-Elect in 2027 and President in 2028.
