BUDA, TX, UNITED STATES, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — It was a year ago that a Central Texas storage provider, which had operated under three distinct names for a decade, ceased that practice. MI-BOX® of Austin/San Antonio, Self Pack, and Mobile Cold Storage were consolidated into TEMP-PACK Mobile & Cold Storage, a unified brand serving both portable and refrigerated storage within roughly a 75-mile radius from Buda.
The team, equipment, and quality of service remained unchanged. The company has been offering portable storage rentals in Central Texas since 2015. The difference now is that a restaurant owner requiring a freezer trailer for a festival weekend or a homeowner needing a container for a kitchen remodel no longer has to figure out which of three companies to call. “It is the same phone number now: 512-385-4444 now a branded house to bring you a wider product line to service more industries,” said Matt Higley, owner of TEMP-PACK. “Customers would rent a container in March, need a refrigerated trailer for an event in June, and have no idea they were calling the same place for both. Putting one name on the whole operation was mostly us catching up to how people already thought about us.”
