Two new programs aim to turn member feedback into a stronger network of host locations.

FLEMINGTON, NJ, UNITED STATES, October 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — RV Overnights, the founder-owned membership platform that links RVers with small-business hosts for distinctive overnight stays, is rolling out two industry-first initiatives aimed at boosting membership value, accelerating host recruitment, and encouraging more RV travel.
The new Loyalty Rewards Program gives members discounts on annual renewals, while StayScout directs the company’s team to pursue hosts in areas where travelers want to go. Together, the programs are designed to align traveler interest with local business opportunities.
“Kurt and I started RV Overnights because we’re RVers, and we built the membership we wanted to have ourselves,” said Rob Case, co-founder and CEO of RV Overnights. “Right now a lot of RVers are wondering who’s really behind the brands they’ve trusted. Our answer is simple: it’s still us. We’re founder owned, we read every message, and we built Loyalty Rewards and StayScout because our members told us what they needed. You tell us where you want to go, and we’ll go knock on doors to find you a host. That’s what happens when the people running the company are the same people out on the road.”
Annual members are automatically enrolled in Loyalty Rewards, earning points for host stays, reviews, review photos, and membership renewals. Every 100 points converts to 1% off their next annual renewal, with savings capped at 20%. The top 100 point earners each year receive a complimentary membership for the following year. By rewarding stays and shared experiences, the program encourages repeat visits and helps other travelers uncover new destinations.
StayScout lets members request overnight options in areas where hosts may not yet exist. Members submit their destination, travel date, preferred host types, and route details at least 30 days ahead of their planned stay. The RV Overnights team then identifies and reaches out to potential local hosts—including farms, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and similar venues—to create a new overnight option. If no host can be found in the requested area, the member receives one month of free RV Overnights membership. StayScout also provides the company with insight into member travel preferences, helping steer host recruitment and expand the network into destinations travelers actually want to visit.

Why it matters: These programs show how a niche travel platform is using direct member input to shape its growth, rather than relying on top-down expansion. By rewarding engagement and actively recruiting hosts in requested areas, RV Overnights is betting that personalized service will set it apart in a crowded outdoor travel market.
