Côté serves as Vice President, Chief of Staff and Head of the Office of the CEO at onsemi. Her direct experience shaping federal and global technology policy at one of Arizona’s premier semiconductor firms provides PEI with a direct link to the expertise necessary to advance the state’s position in the worldwide innovation economy.
Côté takes over from Steven Gray, who recently stepped down from the PEI board after representing onsemi’s involvement in the organization’s strategic initiatives. Her appointment extends onsemi’s active collaboration with PEI at a critical time for Arizona’s semiconductor industry. The CHIPS and Science Act has channeled billions of dollars into Arizona’s semiconductor manufacturing, and PEI’s efforts to align workforce development, policy advocacy and infrastructure with semiconductor industry requirements make Côté’s background a natural and timely fit for the board.
Côté’s expertise directly corresponds to PEI’s 2026 priorities for the semiconductor and technology sector, which include pushing for the federal Advanced Manufacturing Investment Tax Credit, building K-12 STEM talent pipelines for semiconductor employers, and supporting the regulatory and infrastructure policies that bolster Arizona’s growing role in domestic technology manufacturing.

Côté holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Santa Clara University.
