Users can initiate business entity formations, including LLCs, corporations, and non-profits, file DBA applications, submit annual reports, and even handle business dissolution proceedings.
“Business owners who want to form a California LLC can now order that service right over their phones,” said Emil Kazaryan, the company’s founder and CEO. “We are your representative. We can also be your official mailing address.”
The compliance tracking features may prove most valuable for existing business owners. The app sends automated reminders for filing deadlines, tracks regulatory requirements across multiple entities through a single dashboard, and provides digital access to legal documents and corporate mail around the clock.
For businesses using Prime Registered Agent’s virtual mailbox service, which operates through a USPS-approved Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, the app adds mobile access to scanned mail. “They can now access digital versions of their mail 24/7 from their phones,” Kazaryan noted, addressing a pain point for business owners who travel frequently or operate across multiple locations.
The multi-entity management feature targets a specific segment of the business community: serial entrepreneurs, franchise operators, and law firms that manage compliance across dozens or hundreds of separate legal entities. The ability to monitor all entities from a single mobile interface could significantly reduce the administrative burden of maintaining good standing across multiple jurisdictions.
The launch reflects a broader digitization trend in business services, where tasks that once required attorneys, accountants, or trips to government offices are increasingly handled through self-service platforms. For entrepreneurs in the earliest stages of business formation, the reduced friction could lower barriers to entry.
