Keep Safe Care Expands into Dallas, Names Mychel Jones Territory Developer

Dallas Skyline at Night

Home care company prioritizing caregivers brings its streamlined approach—featuring improved pay for caregivers and reduced staff turnover—to the Dallas area

I have always wanted my career to make a meaningful difference in healthcare”— Mychel JonesDALLAS, TX, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Keep Safe Care, a growing private-duty home care company that places caregivers at the center of its operations, has named Mychel Jones as Territory Developer for the Dallas region.

This move into Dallas is part of the company’s ongoing expansion beyond its current footprint in Austin and San Antonio, representing a key milestone in its broader Texas growth plans. The company will first establish a presence in Dallas, then move into Fort Worth around November 2026, with Houston being evaluated as another significant Texas market later in the year.

Keep Safe Care operates on a straightforward philosophy: support caregivers better so they can deliver superior care to clients. Unlike conventional home care agencies, Keep Safe Care directs a much larger share of the hourly client fee to the caregiver. Through The 2/3 Rule™, the company allocates at least two-thirds of the hourly rate paid by clients toward caregiver compensation, leveraging technology and a lean operational framework to cut administrative costs.

This approach aims to offer caregivers higher pay while giving families more consistent and dependable care. “Dallas is an important step in the continued growth of Keep Safe Care,” said Jeffrey Fry, CEO of Keep Safe Care Corporation. “We are not simply expanding geographically; we are continuing to expand a better way of delivering private-duty care—one built on operational efficiency and a caregiver-first approach.”

Mychel Jones to Head Dallas Operations
As Territory Developer, Mr. Jones will be responsible for building Keep Safe Care’s presence across the greater Dallas area. His duties will involve recruiting caregivers, engaging with the community, forging healthcare partnerships, generating referrals from home health and hospice providers, and supporting the region’s in-home care needs as they grow.

Mr. Jones started his professional journey at Southern Illinois University, where he concentrated on healthcare. His path shifted unexpectedly when he was selected to play professional soccer in Major League Soccer. Over eight years, he played professionally and traveled globally. His commitment to healthcare, however, never wavered and remained a consistent thread in his career.
Following his time in soccer, he transitioned into business ownership, gaining experience in physical therapy, medical administration, and clinical operations. This entrepreneurial background equipped him with a broad perspective on both healthcare and business. Now, Jones is returning to a more direct role in healthcare, driven by a desire to positively impact the lives of those around him.

“I have always wanted my career to make a meaningful difference in healthcare,” Mr. Jones states. “Keep Safe Care’s caregiver-first mission gives me the opportunity to help build an organization that supports caregivers, serves families, and strengthens the communities in which it operates.”

Advancing the Caregiver-First Movement
Keep Safe Care was founded on the idea that many of the home care industry’s persistent challenges—such as caregiver shortages, high turnover, last-minute absences, and unreliable care—stem from the financial structure of traditional agencies, which often underpay caregivers.

Rather than viewing these issues as unavoidable, Keep Safe Care redesigned its operations to cut overhead and startup costs significantly, using its proprietary Private-Duty-in-a-Box® technology and platform. By boosting efficiency, the company can channel more revenue directly to those providing care.

The company’s caregiver-first philosophy is captured in its core motto:
“We take care of our caregivers, so they can take better care of you.”

“Efficiency is not separate from our caregiver-first mission,” Mr. Fry states. “Being an engineer, I understand how efficiency is what allows us to pay caregivers more, support them better, reduce unnecessary overhead, and create a more reliable experience for clients and families.”

Forging Healthcare Connections in Dallas
A key part of Mychel Jones’ role will be cultivating relationships with home health and hospice agencies, hospital discharge teams, social workers, senior living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals who assist older adults in aging safely at home. Keep Safe Care sees these groups not just as referral channels but as collaborative care partners.

The company’s objective is to supplement clinical home health and hospice services by addressing the non-medical needs that often determine whether a patient can stay at home successfully—including personal care, companionship, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living activities.

Expanding from Dallas to Fort Worth, Houston, and Florida
The Dallas launch is a component of Keep Safe Care’s larger Texas and national expansion plan, which emphasizes locally driven operations backed by centralized technology. After Dallas, the company intends to move into additional major markets, including Fort Worth and Houston in Texas, as well as Miami, Orlando, and Tampa in Florida.

Keep Safe Care’s long-term vision is to establish strong local leadership in each market while relying on centralized technology and efficient systems to ensure consistent, dependable care.
