Expanding mental health practice enlarges its staff, service offerings, and ability to deliver specialized care starting September 1
Juno Counseling and Wellness, a premier private mental health clinic serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families across South Florida, is moving to a larger, upgraded flagship location in Palm Beach Gardens effective September 1.
This relocation represents a major achievement for Juno Counseling & Wellness as the clinic continues to enlarge its clinical staff, widen its niche services, and improve availability of thorough mental health and wellness treatment.
The new flagship site offers considerably more room for Juno’s expanding multidisciplinary workforce and enables the practice to go beyond conventional outpatient psychotherapy by adding more specialized, integrative, and wellness-oriented offerings.
“From the start, we aimed to build a practice where clients get truly personalized care instead of squeezing into a generic model,” said Dr. Vassilia Binensztok, PhD, LMHC, NCC, founder of Juno Counseling & Wellness. “As our team and services evolved, we required a facility that could keep pace with us. This new flagship location allows us to house a wider array of clinicians, specialties, and supportive services all in one place.”
Juno Counseling & Wellness has developed into a varied group practice providing care at every life stage, from early childhood through adulthood. Its clinicians treat individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and more complex clinical needs.
The clinic offers a broad spectrum of therapeutic methods and specialized programs, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, CBT, DBT, ACT, play and sandtray therapy, couples and family therapy, EMDR intensives, nutrition services, concierge school-based therapy, educational consulting, and integrative wellness services.
The expanded flagship will also provide more room for Juno’s increasing staff and foster greater collaboration between clinicians and other health professionals.

Juno Counseling & Wellness sees clients in person at Palm Beach Gardens and via telehealth throughout Florida. The practice is private-pay and provides services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
The new flagship location officially begins accepting clients on September 1, 2026.
