Seasoned executive with over 14 years of company-wide expertise to guide HomeServices’ legal operations and drive ongoing business expansion

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, UNITED STATES, July 30, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — HomeServices of America, the nation’s leading provider of homeownership services, announced today that Myriam Pierre Warren has been named Chief Legal Officer, effective immediately.

A highly regarded executive who has spent more than 14 years advising HomeServices of America, Pierre Warren has been a dependable strategic partner to leaders throughout the company’s brokerage, mortgage, title, insurance, and franchise divisions. She was most recently Associate General Counsel, preceded by her tenure as Senior Counsel—positions in which she helped steer the organization through notable growth, industry shifts, and a changing legal and regulatory environment.

“Myriam’s selection came after an extensive nationwide search with a remarkably strong pool of candidates, and at every stage she demonstrated the vision, leadership, and business savvy required to guide our legal team into its next phase,” said Chris Kelly, CEO of HomeServices of America. “Her intimate knowledge of our company, her collaborative approach to leadership, and her dedication to offering practical, forward-looking legal advice make her exceptionally suited for this post. We are certain she will keep fortifying our legal department while advancing the long-term prosperity of our operating companies and the professionals they support.”

Over her time at HomeServices, Pierre Warren worked closely with former Chief Legal Officer Dana Strandmo, playing a key part in managing some of the organization’s most critical legal, regulatory, and industry issues. Her experience counseling leaders across the enterprise has provided her with a thorough grasp of the business and the legal approaches needed to foster innovation, expansion, and operational effectiveness.

In her new role as Chief Legal Officer, Pierre Warren will oversee HomeServices’ enterprise-wide legal department while pursuing a strategic vision centered on deepening collaboration among legal teams, strengthening ties with business leaders, and maximizing the breadth of legal expertise across the organization. She will also direct improvements aimed at building a more integrated, agile, and responsive legal function that consistently delivers pragmatic, business-oriented counsel throughout the enterprise.

“I am deeply grateful to take on the role of Chief Legal Officer and continue serving a company that has been my professional home for more than fourteen years,” said Pierre Warren. “HomeServices has assembled an exceptional group of legal experts and business leaders, and I look forward to building on that strong foundation while offering strategic counsel that supports our companies, our affiliated professionals, and the clients they serve.”
