Schools throughout the district—serving elementary, middle, and high school students—can now work with Brainfuse to deliver online high-dosage small-group tutoring in English language arts and mathematics.
Spanning more than 70 miles from Chattahoochee Hills to Johns Creek, Fulton County Schools includes campuses with varying schedules, staffing resources, and student needs. Virtual tutoring offers a way for schools to arrange recurring sessions without relying solely on tutors who can physically come to campus. Under the Fulton County Schools framework, tutoring groups are capped at four students, with each student receiving a minimum of 90 minutes of support weekly. Instruction aligns with the Georgia Standards of Excellence and bolsters Tier 1 classroom learning while providing focused Tier 2 support for students requiring extra intervention. ELA tutoring may incorporate evidence-based reading and writing strategies, while mathematics instruction concentrates on conceptual understanding, fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving.
