Elevated Audience pivots to HVAC and plumbing marketing after contractor demand

When a digital marketing shop starts measuring success in booked jobs and closed revenue instead of clicks and impressions, it signals a fundamental shift in how it serves clients. That is exactly what Elevated Audience, a Doylestown, Pennsylvania-based agency, announced when it formally repositioned itself as a home services marketing agency focused on HVAC and plumbing contractors, effective September 8, 2026.

The change meant no services were discontinued, but the agency’s website, search, advertising, and reporting efforts are now aimed squarely at trades businesses serving homeowners.

The agency describes its offering as a single team handling a contractor’s website, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, search engine optimization, and lead follow-up. Instead of traffic and impressions, results are now reported in booked jobs and closed revenue. Dedicated pages for HVAC and plumbing now appear on the agency’s website, reflecting its stated specialty.

Elevated Audience’s published materials explain why each trade gets a distinct approach. For HVAC contractors, the marketing challenge is keeping crews busy through the shoulder seasons between peak summer and winter demand. Plumbing contractors, by contrast, rely on steady emergency call volume for baseline work, while larger-ticket jobs like sewer, repipe, and water heater replacements require a different strategy. Each trade, the agency argues, needs its own tailored marketing plan.

The company traces its roots to 2020, when founder Jared Tangir launched Elevated Web Systems as a custom website development business. After clients who hired him for websites kept asking where the calls were coming from, Tangir expanded into Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and search engine optimization. “Our existing home service clients are getting strong results, and we want to bring that same expertise to more blue collar businesses. We are focusing on home services so those owners can hit their goals,” Tangir said, explaining the reasoning behind the pivot.

Elevated Audience reports that its home service clients generate more than $80 million per year, based on data from the agency’s tools and clients’ CRM systems, and that it has maintained a 97% client retention rate over the last two years. These figures are the company’s own claims and have not been independently verified.

A case study posted on the Elevated Audience website highlights one client, Fuller Services, an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company in Muscle Shoals and Athens, Alabama. According to the study, Fuller Services logged $4.45 million in tracked closed sales across paid and organic channels from November 2025 through August 2026, along with 5,407 new leads and a 51% close rate. Allocating $163,454 of paid Google Ads and Local Services Ads spend — excluding program fees — to those sales yields a 27 times return on ad spend. The study notes that sales figures are ServiceTitan closed jobs matched to the first marketing touch.

Tangir also founded Elevated HVAC Marketing, a separate trade brand powered by the same team as Elevated Audience. That brand serves HVAC and plumbing contractors, as well as electrical and drain and sewer contractors that fall outside the agency’s two named specialties.

The company says advertising and analytics accounts are opened in the client’s name from day one, ensuring a contractor keeps its assets even if the relationship ends.

While the agency has narrowed its marketing focus to home services — with HVAC and plumbing leading the way — it continues to serve clients in other industries, though those are no longer its primary focus. Elevated Audience operates out of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and works with contractors across the United States.

Why it matters: The move reflects a growing trend of specialized marketing agencies betting on blue-collar trades, where service demand is steady but digital competition is intensifying. By tying its own success to measurable outcomes like closed revenue and booked jobs, Elevated Audience is positioning itself as a results-driven partner for contractors who need more than just website traffic.
