After the triumph of its first Masters of Food & Wine event in July 2026, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa introduces the Masters of Food & Wine Series—a season-long celebration of top-tier gastronomy that will host six globally acclaimed MICHELIN-starred chefs on Our Living Island from October 2026 through April 2027.

The lineup spans Cantonese mastery, Tuscan traditions, contemporary European innovation, and French artistry—each experience showcasing distinct culture, skill, and culinary excellence.

For the first time in the Maldives, six renowned chefs from across Europe and Asia will make their debut in the country at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa. Each brings a unique culinary viewpoint shaped by their heritage, expertise, and passion. Together, they will craft an extraordinary season that honors culture, craftsmanship, and nature—the world's most precious ingredient.

Golden Week | A Celebration of Prosperity, Family and Culinary Heritage

The journey kicks off during Chinese Golden Week with Executive Chef Ku Chi Fai, founder of MICHELIN-starred Beijing Kitchen and a highly respected master of Cantonese cuisine. With over forty years of culinary experience, he has guided Beijing Kitchen to seven consecutive MICHELIN Stars and eight consecutive Black Pearl One-Diamond Awards, cementing its place among China's most distinguished dining venues.

As the recipient of the MICHELIN Young Chef Award 2022, Executive Chef Christiaens brings a fresh, inventive perspective that celebrates discovery, innovation, and new beginnings.

The season concludes with Group Chef David Hemmerlé, whose distinguished international career spans France, Brazil, Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
